PSC Team Jacket Sales:

 

Plan ahead.  This is the only opportunity to purchase team jackets for 2023-24 season.

Please let us know what items and quantities you would like to purchase for your kids, or yourself.  This will act as your order for the 2023-24 season.

  • Invoices will be sent out after receipt of your order. Failure to pay the invoice as directed upon receipt will result in the item being cancelled.
  • Expect at a minimum, similar embellishment to the current Team jackets.  (lower back, and front chest).
  • "Sponsor" logos may change from current versions shown.
  • While we will do everything we can to arrange to have them delivered and ready prior to holidays or snow, we are not guaranteeing a particular delivery date.
  • Items ordered and paid for are not returnable, and are final sales.
  • Please use "PSC Team Jacket Sales" as the payment method at checkout.

 

 

 

Pico Ski Club - Swap & Sale Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, the shopper hereby states and represents that he or she is 18 years of age or older and hereby acknowledges that any equipment and other goods purchased at the Pico Ski Club sale has not been tested, adjusted or examined by the Pico Ski Club, and is purchased in ‘as is’ condition; and acknowledges that the Pico Ski Club is a non-profit organization not engaged in the business for the sale of equipment and that there are no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the goods, for any purpose made by the Pico Ski Club. The purchaser further acknowledges that the Pico Ski Club is not a seller as that term is defined in Title 9A V.S.A § 2-103 as title to the property has always remained with its owner and was never transferred to the Pico Ski Club, as these items were strictly on consignment. Purchaser hereby expressly waives any claim against the Pico Ski Club based on the quality or fitness of any goods purchased at the Sale.
 
I will pick up my purchases at Pico Ski Club between October 11-12, 2020 OR designate someone to on my behalf
